Transfer & Graduate Student Housing | University Housing (2024)

Transfer/grad housing for 2024-25 filled on April 16. If you are interested in living on campus, please add your name to our Transfer/Grad interest list. We will contact you should spaces become available. The list is open through the start of fall quarter in September.

Housing for transfer/grad students is located in fully furnished spaces in Cerro Vista ApartmentsandPoly Canyon Village. While transfer/grads are not required to live on campus, we offer a welcoming Residential Learning Community where students live and build communitytogether.

Space in our transfer/grad communities is limited, so students interested in the campus living experience should apply early — the transfers student housing application will openat noon, April 9. When spaces fill, we'll open aninterest list and fill spaces from cancelations until the start of fall quarter.

If you're interested in living off-campus or do not happen to secure housing, visit the Dean of Students Office's Off-Campus Housing webpage for more information.
